MINI Cooper S / JCW Turbo Oil Line Kits | N14 N18 R55-R61

Turbo oil feed and return line repair kits for MINI Cooper S and John Cooper Works models fitted with N14 and N18 1.6L turbo engines, including R55, R56, R57, R58, R59, R60, and R61 applications.

A common problem on the original turbo oil lines is rotation leak failure. This can affect both the oil feed and oil return assemblies when the banjo fitting, flange, or end connection begins to rotate at the joint where it is attached to the factory rigid pipe.

On the oil feed side, pressurized engine oil can seep from the rotating pipe-to-fitting joint. On the return side, oil can leak from the lower turbo area if the original drain fitting rotates, the seals harden, or the rigid pipe connection becomes loose.

Replacing only the copper washers, O-ring, or flange seal will not repair the problem when oil is leaking from the rotating joint itself.
