Payment & Checkout

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No. You can complete your purchase using a credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout without creating or logging into a PayPal account.

Which credit cards are accepted?

You can check out as a guest using your card.

Why does checkout show “Pay with PayPal” only?

PayPal is our secure payment processor. Even though the button displays PayPal, credit card guest checkout is fully supported.

How long does it take to process my order?

Custom-length hose orders or made-to-order kits may require additional preparation time. If this applies, we will contact you after purchase.

Returns & Support

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted for unused, uninstalled items within the return period stated in our Return Policy.

Custom-made or custom-length hoses are non-returnable unless defective.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will assist with replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
