Shipping policy
GryphonTek is based in Taiwan and provides worldwide shipping. All orders include tracking numbers for real-time monitoring.
1. International Duties & Fees
- Buyer’s Responsibility: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and additional carrier-related fees.
- Disbursement Fees: Please note that express carriers (DHL/FedEx) may charge a handling or disbursement fee for advancing customs payments on your behalf. These fees are determined by the carrier and local authorities, not by GryphonTek, and are not included in the shipping cost.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
The available shipping method depends on your location and the service level selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Handled by EMS (International Express Mail Service).
- Express Shipping: Handled by DHL Express or FedEx Express.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day following payment confirmation. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and international holidays.
- Estimated Delivery: Typically 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance efficiency.
- Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment: To optimize delivery, items may be dispatched from different warehouse locations based on stock availability and proximity to the customer.
4. Important Order Constraints
- Address Modifications: Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified due to our automated fulfillment process.
- Scheduling: We are unable to expedite or delay shipping times once the order is in the system.
