MINI Cooper S / JCW Turbo Oil Drain Hose Kit | N14 N18 | OE 11658617069

This turbo oil drain hose kit is designed for MINI Cooper S and John Cooper Works R55-R61 models fitted with N14 and N18 1.6L turbo engines. It replaces the factory turbo oil return line referenced by OE 11658617069 and 11657583838 with a flexible high-temperature hose system.

A common problem with the original return line is rotation leak failure at the joined section between the hose and crimp fitting. Once the fitting begins to rotate independently from the pipe, oil can seep directly from the joint and collect around the lower turbocharger, engine block, or undertray.

Replacing only the O-ring or flange seal will not repair the problem when oil is leaking from the rotating hose-to-fitting connection. This GryphonTek kit removes the original return pipe and replaces it with a flexible silicone hose, billet aluminum drain fitting, and high-temperature Viton O-ring.

The flexible hose design helps reduce stress caused by engine movement, heat cycles, and installation alignment. A protective sleeve is included to shield the hose in the high-temperature turbocharger area.
