Technical Description

This turbo oil feed inlet fitting kit is designed for MINI Cooper S and John Cooper Works R55-R61 models fitted with N14 and N18 1.6L turbo engines. It converts the turbocharger oil inlet connection to -4AN for use with a custom PTFE braided oil feed line.

The banjo bolt includes a built-in 1.8mm restrictor to help control oil flow into the turbocharger. This is particularly important when replacing the original rigid oil feed pipe with a braided -4AN hose, as an unrestricted replacement line may supply more oil than required by the applicable K03 or compatible K04 turbo setup.

The fitting is manufactured from electroplated mild steel and uses copper sealing washers at the banjo connection. The -4AN male flare provides a standard connection for a custom braided turbo oil feed hose.

This is an individual turbo-side fitting kit and does not include the braided oil feed hose or engine block fitting. It is intended for custom -4AN oil feed line installations and is not designed to connect directly to the factory rigid oil feed pipe.
