Technical Description

This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF, FG and FG-X Barra 4.0L engines using the factory Garrett GT3576R or GT3582R turbocharger. Chassis-specific options are available for BA/BF and FG vehicles, with separate line routing for Stock Mount and Top Mount installations.

The factory oil and coolant lines operate close to high exhaust-side heat and can become difficult to reuse after turbo removal or extended service. Aged sealing washers, restricted access to the original oil feed filter and rigid factory routing can also complicate turbo maintenance.

This GryphonTek kit replaces the turbo oil feed, oil drain and coolant feed/return circuits with flexible, heat-resistant lines and matched fittings. The -4AN PTFE oil feed uses a serviceable external 400-mesh inline filter, while the -6AN PTFE water lines and reinforced 3/4-inch NBR drain hose provide dedicated routing for the selected chassis and turbo position.
