We are based in Taiwan and ship to worldwide. Our shipping services include standard and express options with tracking numbers. International customers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other additional fees associated with the delivery.

Standard shipping is handled by EMS, USPS, Australia Post, and MyTeamGE, while express shipping is done through DHL Express and FedEx Express.

The shipping time is 3 to 12 days depending on the delivery location. Goods are might shipped from different warehouses at different locations to make it the most convenient for customers.

REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
