Technical Description

This turbo oil feed line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF, FG and FG-X Barra 4.0L engines using factory Garrett GT3576R or GT3582R turbochargers. It replaces the original engine-to-turbo oil supply with a -4AN PTFE braided line, external inline filter and matched turbo inlet fitting.

The factory Barra oil feed filter is located in a difficult-to-access engine-side fitting. If debris or deposits restrict the filter, oil delivery to the turbo may be reduced. The rigid factory line and heat-cycled sealing connections can also be difficult to reuse during turbo replacement or engine-bay servicing.

The supplied tee adapter retains the factory oil pressure sensor while providing a -4AN turbo oil feed connection. Oil passes through a removable 400-mesh inline filter before reaching the turbo-side fitting with a 1.0mm restrictor, creating an accessible oil feed system that can be inspected and serviced from the engine bay.
