Ford Falcon XR6 GT35R Turbo Oil Drain Hose Kit | BA BF FG Barra 4.0L

This turbo oil drain hose kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF, FG and FG-X Barra 4.0L engines using factory Garrett GT3576R or GT3582R turbochargers. It replaces the original turbo oil return assembly with a reinforced NBR hose, CNC-machined aluminum flanges and the required sealing and mounting hardware.

The factory rigid oil return pipe is exposed to repeated exhaust-side heat cycles and engine movement. After turbo removal, manifold changes or extended service, flange alignment, aged gaskets or stress around the rigid pipe can contribute to oil seepage from the turbo drain area. A restricted or incorrectly routed drain may also slow the gravity oil return and contribute to oil leakage or exhaust smoke.

The GryphonTek kit uses a flexible 3/4-inch oil-resistant NBR hose between dedicated turbo-side and engine-side drain flanges. Separate BA/BF and FG options, together with Stock Mount and Top Mount configurations, provide the required hose routing for the selected installation. The drain hose must be installed with a continuous downward path, without kinks or low spots.
