Technical Description

This complete turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Dodge Neon SRT-4 and Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo applications using the factory TD04LR-16GK or Mopar Stage 3 TD05HR-15GK2 turbocharger. It replaces the original turbo oil supply pipe, oil drain hose and steel return pipe with application-specific components.

The factory oil feed and return assemblies operate in a confined, high-temperature area behind the engine. Repeated heat cycles, engine movement, corrosion and previous turbo servicing can cause the rigid feed pipe, rubber drain hose or sealing connections to deteriorate and develop oil seepage.

The GryphonTek kit uses a flexible -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line with dedicated engine and turbo fittings. The return side combines a reinforced NBR drain hose, corrosion-resistant steel drain pipe and Interface N-8092 gasket to maintain a stable gravity-fed oil return path from the turbocharger to the engine.

Install the oil drain assembly with a continuous downward path toward the engine. Avoid kinks, low points or upward sections that may restrict gravity-fed oil return.
