Technical Description
This turbo oil drain pipe and hose kit is designed for turbocharged Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 engines using supported stock-location TD04L, TD05H and IHI VF-Series turbochargers. It replaces the gravity-return components between the turbo center housing and the engine-side oil return connection.
The original turbo oil drain hose may harden, crack or seep after repeated exposure to engine-bay heat. Oil leaks may also develop around the turbo drain pipe flange when the gasket deteriorates or the sealing joint is disturbed during turbo service. This product allows the drain pipe, drain hose or complete return assembly to be replaced according to the condition of the existing components.

- Complete Kit: Includes the turbo oil drain pipe, NBR return hose, Interface N-8092 gasket, mounting bolts and hose clamps.
- Drain Pipe: Includes the electro-black mild-steel drain pipe, Interface N-8092 gasket and mounting bolts.
- Drain Hose: Includes the oil-resistant NBR return hose and hose clamps.
Important: Inspect both flange surfaces before installation. A new pipe or gasket should not be used to compensate for a damaged, heavily corroded or distorted mating surface.

Installation Notes
The turbo oil drain operates by gravity. Keep the return path free from collapsed hose sections, sharp bends and upward loops that may restrict oil flow. Clean the mating surfaces before installing the gasket, confirm that the hose is not stretched or contacting hot exhaust components, and inspect every connection for leaks after the engine reaches operating temperature.
This product covers the turbo oil drain side only. It does not include an oil feed line, engine-side oil feed fittings or a turbo oil restrictor. It is not intended for rotated turbo setups or Garrett GT28R / GT30R bolt-on conversions.
