Subaru EJ20 EJ25 Garrett GT28R GT30R Turbo Oil Drain Pipe & Hose Kit

This turbo oil drain pipe and hose kit is designed for turbocharged Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 engines using supported stock-location, bolt-on Garrett GT28R or GT30R turbocharger conversions. It replaces the gravity-return components between the Garrett turbo center housing and the engine-side oil return connection.

The original Subaru turbo drain pipe uses a different turbo-side flange from the Garrett drain connection used by supported GT28R and GT30R conversions. This product combines a Garrett-specific drain pipe with an oil-resistant NBR return hose, or allows either component to be purchased separately for installation or repair.

Choose the Required Kit

• Complete Kit: Includes the Garrett-specific turbo oil drain pipe, NBR return hose, Interface N-8092 gasket, mounting bolts and hose clamps.
• Drain Pipe: Includes the electro-black mild-steel drain pipe, Interface N-8092 gasket and mounting bolts.
• Drain Hose: Includes the oil-resistant NBR return hose and hose clamps.

Important: Confirm the installed turbo position and oil drain flange before ordering. Aftermarket replicas and other turbochargers using similar GT28 or GT30 model names may have different drain flange dimensions or mounting arrangements.

Installation Notes

Clean and inspect both flange surfaces before installing the new gasket. A replacement gasket should not be used to compensate for a damaged, heavily corroded or distorted mating surface. After installation, inspect every connection for leaks once the engine reaches operating temperature.

This product covers the turbo oil drain side only. It does not include an oil feed line, engine-side feed fittings or a turbo oil restrictor. It is not designed for rotated turbo installations or original Subaru TD04, TD05H and IHI VF-Series turbochargers.
