Technical Description
This complete turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6 and Mazda CX-7 models equipped with the 2.3L MZR DISI Turbo engine and converted to a compatible Precision Turbo (PTE) turbocharger. It replaces the external pressurized oil-feed connection and gravity oil-return assembly required for the upgraded turbo installation.
Converting from the factory K0422 turbocharger to a Precision PTE unit changes both the oil-inlet connection and oil drain flange pattern. The original K0422 oil pipes are not designed to connect directly to the PTE center housing, requiring compatible fittings, drain flanges and flexible line routing for the conversion.
This GryphonTek kit uses a -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line with a non-restricted PTE turbo-side fitting for compatible 1/8-inch NPT oil inlets. The return side uses a reinforced 3/4-inch NBR hose with CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum turbo-side and engine-side drain flanges, providing an external gravity-return path from the turbocharger to the engine.

Installation Note
This kit uses a thick-profile engine-side oil drain flange. The included extended engine-mount bolts must be installed in place of the shorter factory bolts to provide the required clearance and thread engagement. Do not reuse the shorter factory bolts with the thick-profile flange.
