Technical Description

This turbo oil feed line kit is designed for Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6 and Mazda CX-7 models equipped with the 2.3L MZR DISI Turbo engine and a stock K0422 turbocharger. It replaces the external pressurized oil-supply line between the engine block and turbocharger.

The original rigid oil feed pipe and sealing connections are exposed to repeated heat cycles around the turbocharger. After extended service, the factory line may become difficult to remove, refit or reuse during turbo replacement and engine-bay maintenance. This GryphonTek kit uses a flexible -4AN PTFE braided hose to provide a heat-resistant replacement route between the factory engine oil source and K0422 oil inlet.

The included turbo-side fitting incorporates a 1.8mm restrictor configured for the listed K0422 turbochargers. A matching engine block adapter and copper sealing washers are supplied to complete the external oil feed connection.
