Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6 and Mazda CX-7 models equipped with the 2.3L MZR DISI Turbo engine and a factory K0422 turbocharger. It replaces the turbo oil feed line, oil drain assembly and water lines in one vehicle-specific package.
Oil and coolant plumbing around the K0422 is exposed to sustained exhaust-side heat. As the original rigid lines, hose sections, seals and fittings age or after they are disturbed during turbo service oil or coolant seepage may develop. This kit replaces the serviceable line sections with braided PTFE oil-feed and water lines, together with a reinforced NBR oil drain hose and matched installation fittings.
The turbo oil feed uses a 1.8mm restrictor configured for the listed K0422 applications. The oil drain provides a flexible gravity-return path to the engine, while the PTFE water lines replace the turbo coolant connections covered by the kit. All three circuits are included, making this the complete K0422 line package rather than an oil-feed-only or oil-feed-and-water kit.
