Technical Description
This complete turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6 and Mazda CX-7 models equipped with the 2.3L MZR DISI Turbo engine and a stock K0422 turbocharger. It replaces both the external pressurized oil-supply line and the gravity-return assembly between the engine and turbocharger.
The factory oil lines and sealing connections are exposed to repeated heat cycles, engine movement and vibration around the turbocharger. After extended service, the original rigid pipes may become difficult to remove, refit or reuse during turbocharger replacement and engine-bay maintenance.
This GryphonTek kit uses a flexible -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line with a turbo-side 1.8mm restrictor configured for the listed K0422 turbochargers. The return side uses a reinforced 3/4-inch NBR hose with CNC-machined aluminum drain flanges to provide a flexible gravity-return path from the turbocharger back to the engine.

Installation Note
This kit uses a thick-profile engine-side oil drain flange. The included extended engine-mount bolts must be installed in place of the shorter factory bolts to provide the required clearance and thread engagement.
