This kit provides a professional-grade, high-temp solution for both oil delivery and water cooling, replacing brittle factory hardware with PTFE braided lines to ensure your turbo operates within its engineered thermal and pressure parameters.

  • 1.0mm Precision Restrictor: Calibrated oil flow regulation protects sensitive ball-bearing seals from over-pressurization and prevents blue smoke.
  • Extreme Thermal Resilience: PTFE braided lines for both oil and water are surviving the intense radiant heat of the 2.3L "Hot Side."
  • Mechanical Stress Decoupling: Flexible plumbing architecture absorbs engine harmonics and vibrations that cause rigid factory pipes to develop fatigue cracks.
  • Zero-Leak Billet Flange: CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum provides a perfectly flat interface for a permanent, professional-grade seal.

Technical Installation Note

Hardware Compatibility: This kit with thick-profile engine-side drain flange. To ensure a proper installation, an extended engine mount bolts are included to replace the shorter factory hardware.
