Moving to a BorgWarner EFR series turbocharger on the 2.3L DISI platform requires a plumbing solution that respects the turbo's unique internal engineering. Unlike other brands, EFR units feature a built-in oil restrictor—using an external one will cause bearing starvation and instant failure. This kit provides a high-flow, non-restricted path designed to deliver the precise oil volume your EFR investment demands.

  • Non-Restricted Full Flow: Features a high-flow -4AN inlet fitting to match EFR's internal oil metering, preventing the starvation risk of "Double Restriction."
  • Extreme Thermal Resilience: PTFE braided lines with 304 stainless steel braiding are surviving the intense radiant heat of the DISI "Hot Side."
  • Mechanical Stress Decoupling: Flexible plumbing architecture absorbs engine harmonics that cause rigid factory metal pipes to fatigue and crack.
  • Precision Block Interface: Includes a block adapter for the 2.3L DISI engine oil supply port, ensuring a 100% leak-free source connection.
