Technical Description

The total oiling management solution for elite BorgWarner EFR conversions. Upgrading the 2.3L DISI engine to an EFR 6258, 6758, or 7163 requires a perfectly balanced lubrication loop. Most DIY projects fail due to "Double Restriction" on the feed side or insufficient drainage, both of which lead to expensive turbo failure. This kit provides a professional-grade plumbing system that handles both Non-Restricted high-pressure delivery and unrestricted NBR drainage.

  • EFR Flow Synchronization: Features a non-restricted feed path to match EFR's internal metering, paired with an 3/4" drain to prevent back-pressure and blue smoke.
  • PTFE Braided Feed Line: Stainless steel braided PTFE handles radiant heat and resists vibration-induced fatigue in the DISI "Hot Pocket."
  • CNC-Machined Sealing Integrity: Billet 6061-T6 aluminum flanges and Interface N-8092 non-asbestos gaskets ensure a permanent leak-free return interface.
  • Mechanical Stress Decoupling: Flexible plumbing architecture absorbs engine harmonics that cause rigid factory metal pipes to crack under high boost.

Technical Installation Note

Hardware Compatibility: This kit with thick-profile engine-side drain flange. To ensure a proper installation, an extended engine mount bolts are included to replace the shorter factory hardware.
