Technical Description

This turbo oil feed line kit is designed for Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6 and Mazda CX-7 models equipped with the 2.3L MZR DISI Turbo engine and converted to a compatible BorgWarner AirWerks S200 or S300 turbocharger. It provides the external pressurized oil-supply connection between the engine block and upgraded turbocharger.

Converting from the factory K0422 turbocharger to a BorgWarner AirWerks unit changes the turbo oil-inlet connection and line routing. The original K0422 oil feed pipe is not designed to connect directly to the AirWerks center housing, requiring compatible fittings and a flexible oil-feed line for the conversion.

This GryphonTek kit uses a flexible -4AN PTFE hose with a 304 stainless steel outer braid. The supplied AirWerks-specific turbo-side fitting provides a non-restricted oil-feed connection for compatible S200 and S300 applications, while the matching engine block adapter connects the braided line to the factory engine oil source.
