Stop the "Blue Smoke" and ensure unrestricted drainage for your S300. The BorgWarner AirWerks S200 and S300 are high-flow journal-bearing turbos that demand a massive return path. Most DIY Mazdaspeed builds fail because the oil return is too small or the hose kinks, causing oil to backup and blow past the turbo seals. This GryphonTek Signature Series Kit provides the oversized plumbing needed for big-turbo reliability, featuring high-temp NBR Reinforced Hose and Billet Aluminum components.

  • AirWerks Specific Geometry: Features a CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum flange with precise bolt spacing for the S200/S300, ensuring a perfectly flat interface that stops seepage.
  • 3/4" Flow Architecture: Optimized internal diameter ensures rapid oil evacuation, preventing the back-pressure that causes "Blue Smoke" in high-volume journal bearing builds.
  • Stop Vibration Cracks: Replaces brittle factory pipes with high-temp reinforced NBR hose that absorbs the heavy harmonics of the 2.3L DISI engine.
  • Zero-Leak Interface: Includes premium Interface N-8092 non-asbestos gaskets and high-torque clamps for a permanent seal in the DISI "Hot Pocket."

Technical Installation Note

Hardware Compatibility: This kit with thick-profile engine-side drain flange. To ensure a proper installation, an extended engine mount bolts are included to replace the shorter factory hardware.
