Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Ford Territory Turbo, Ghia Turbo and FPV F6X SY / SY II models powered by Barra 4.0L 245T or 270T engines with a Garrett GT3582R turbocharger. Stock Mount and Top Mount routing options are available to match the turbo installation position.
The original engine-side oil feed fitting contains a small internal filter that can become restricted by contamination and is difficult to inspect while installed. Reduced oil flow can affect turbo lubrication, while aged oil drain and coolant lines may also become difficult to reuse after turbo removal or extended service.
This GryphonTek kit replaces the turbo oil feed, oil drain and coolant feed/return circuits with matched flexible lines and fittings. The -4AN PTFE oil feed line includes a serviceable external 400-mesh inline filter and an oil pressure sensor tee adapter. Reinforced NBR oil drain hose and -6AN PTFE water lines are supplied with routing to suit the selected Stock Mount or Top Mount configuration.
