Technical Description

This turbo oil feed line kit is designed for Ford Territory Turbo, Ghia Turbo and FPV F6X SY / SY II models powered by Barra 4.0L 245T or 270T engines with a Garrett GT3582R turbocharger. It is suitable for both Stock Mount and Top Mount turbo installations.

The original engine-side oil feed fitting contains a small internal filter that can become restricted by oil contamination and is difficult to inspect or service while installed. Restricted oil flow can reduce the oil supply reaching the turbocharger.

This GryphonTek kit replaces the original oil feed arrangement with a -4AN PTFE braided stainless steel line supplied from the engine oil pressure sensor port. The tee adapter retains the original oil pressure sensor, while a serviceable external inline filter allows the filter element to be inspected and cleaned without removing the engine-side fitting. A GT3582R-specific turbo fitting with a 1.0 mm restrictor controls oil flow at the turbo inlet.
