Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Ford Territory Turbo, Ghia Turbo and FPV F6X SY / SY II models powered by Barra 4.0L 245T or 270T engines converted to a top-mount Garrett G-Series G35-900 or G35-1050 turbocharger.
When upgrading from the original turbocharger to a top-mount G35, the factory rigid oil and coolant pipes may no longer suit the revised turbo position and hose routing. The original engine-side oil feed fitting also contains a small internal filter that can become restricted and is difficult to inspect while installed.
This GryphonTek kit replaces the turbo oil feed, gravity drain and coolant feed/return circuits with matched flexible lines and fittings. The -4AN PTFE oil feed line is supplied from the engine oil pressure sensor port through a tee adapter, retaining the original sensor while adding a serviceable external inline filter. A 1.0 mm restrictor controls oil flow at the G35 inlet, while the reinforced NBR drain hose and -6AN PTFE water lines complete the top-mount plumbing setup.

Correct downward drain routing is required. Avoid sharp bends, kinks or upward hose sections that may restrict gravity oil return.
