Technical Description

This turbo water line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF, FG and FG-X Barra 4.0L engines fitted with a Garrett GT42R, including GT4202R and GT4294R, in a Top Mount configuration.

A Top Mount conversion changes the position and routing of the turbo coolant connections, making the original rigid water pipes difficult to align or reuse. This kit provides flexible coolant feed and return connections between the Barra cooling system and the GT42R turbocharger.

The kit uses two -6AN PTFE hoses with 304 stainless steel outer braid and GT42R-compatible turbo water fittings. Separate BA/BF and FG options provide the appropriate hose lengths and routing for each chassis configuration.
