Technical Description

This turbo water line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF, FG and FG-X Barra 4.0L engines upgraded with a Garrett G-Series G40, G42 or G45 turbocharger in a Top Mount configuration. Separate BA/BF and FG options provide chassis-specific hose lengths and routing.

A Top Mount turbo installation changes the position of the coolant connections, making the original rigid water pipes difficult to align or reuse. Flexible hose assemblies provide the routing adjustment required around the upgraded exhaust manifold, turbine housing and surrounding engine components.

This GryphonTek kit uses two -6AN PTFE braided hose assemblies to connect the turbo coolant feed and return circuits. Turbo-side water fittings matched to the Garrett G40, G42 and G45 port configuration are supplied with the required sealing hardware.
