Technical Description

This turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF, FG and FG-X Barra 4.0L engines upgraded with a Garrett G-Series G35-900 or G35-1050 turbocharger. It combines the pressurized oil feed and gravity oil return circuits in one matched installation kit.

Turbo and manifold upgrades can change the position and routing of both oil connections, making the original rigid lines difficult to align or reuse. An incorrectly routed return hose may also restrict gravity drainage or retain oil between the turbocharger and engine.

The -4AN PTFE oil feed line connects through an oil pressure sensor tee adapter, allowing the factory sensor to remain installed. Oil passes through a serviceable external 400-mesh filter before reaching the G35 oil inlet fitting with an integrated 1.0mm restrictor. The return side uses a flexible 3/4-inch reinforced NBR hose with CNC-machined aluminum turbo-side and engine-side flanges.

The oil drain hose must be installed with a continuous downward path toward the engine, without kinks, restrictions or low spots.
