Technical Description

This stud and nut kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF and FG models using the 4.0L Barra turbo engine. It provides replacement fasteners for the exhaust manifold and turbo mounting connections, with multiple kit configurations available to suit the area being serviced.

The heat-treated S35C steel studs feature a phosphate-coated surface and an internal hex drive, allowing each stud to be installed with a hex key without gripping or damaging the external threads. Copper-plated top-lock flange nuts provide a mechanical locking action for exhaust-side connections exposed to repeated heat cycles.
