Dodge SRT-4 & PT Cruiser Turbo Water Line Kit | TD04LR / TD05HR

This turbo water line kit is designed for Dodge Neon SRT-4 and Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo applications using the factory TD04LR-16GK or Mopar Stage 3 TD05HR-15GK2 turbocharger. It replaces the original rigid turbo coolant pipes with flexible -6AN PTFE braided stainless steel lines and application-specific fittings.

The factory coolant pipes are installed in a confined, high-temperature area behind the engine. Repeated heat cycles, corrosion, engine movement and previous turbo servicing can weaken the original rigid pipes or disturb the sealing connections, resulting in coolant seepage around the turbo or engine-side fittings.

The GryphonTek kit uses flexible PTFE braided lines to provide additional installation movement and reduce mechanical stress at the connection points. The supplied fittings connect the turbocharger to the original engine-side coolant circuit while allowing cleaner routing around nearby engine and exhaust components.

Select the correct turbo type before ordering:

• Factory TD04LR-16GK: M12 x 1.25 turbo water ports
• Mopar Stage 3 TD05HR-15GK2: M14 x 1.5 turbo water ports

The two versions use the same water line configuration, but the turbo-side banjo bolt thread sizes are different and are not interchangeable.
