Technical Description

This turbo water line kit is designed for Dodge Neon SRT-4 and Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo applications converted to a water-cooled Garrett GT30R or GT35R turbocharger. It provides the coolant lines and fittings required to connect the Garrett center housing to the vehicle’s original engine cooling circuit.

The factory TD04LR and TD05HR coolant pipes do not directly match the Garrett turbo-side water connections or the routing required by a GT30R / GT35R conversion. Reusing mismatched factory pipes or combining universal hoses and adapters can create sealing, alignment and clearance problems around the turbocharger.

The GryphonTek kit uses dual -6AN PTFE braided stainless steel lines, Garrett-specific turbo water fittings and application-specific engine-side coolant adapters. The flexible line design allows the coolant circuit to be routed around the manifold, turbine housing and nearby engine components while accommodating normal engine movement.
