Technical Description

This turbo oil drain hose kit is designed for Dodge Neon SRT-4 and Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo applications converted to a Garrett GT30R or GT35R turbocharger. It connects the Garrett turbo oil drain outlet to the original engine-side oil return location using application-specific drain components.

The factory TD04LR or TD05HR oil return pipe does not directly match the Garrett drain flange spacing or the routing required by a GT30R / GT35R conversion. Using mismatched factory pipes or poorly routed universal hoses can create flange alignment, clearance and gravity-drain problems.

The GryphonTek kit combines a formed steel turbo drain pipe with a reinforced high-temperature NBR hose and Interface N-8092 gasket. The rigid pipe establishes the correct Garrett turbo-side connection, while the flexible hose section accommodates engine movement and installation variation between the turbocharger and engine return point.

This kit is designed for Garrett GT30R and GT35R turbochargers using the compatible Garrett drain flange configuration. It is not designed for the factory TD04LR-16GK, Mopar Stage 3 TD05HR-15GK2, Garrett G-Series G30 / G35, or turbochargers using a different drain flange.
