Technical Description

This turbo oil feed line kit is designed for Dodge Neon SRT-4 and Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo applications converted to a Garrett GT30R or GT35R ball-bearing turbocharger. It provides a dedicated oil supply connection between the engine block and the Garrett turbo oil inlet.

The original TD04LR or TD05HR oil feed pipe does not directly match the Garrett turbo-side oil inlet used in a GT30R or GT35R conversion. Universal hoses and mismatched adapters can also create sealing, routing and oil-control problems around the turbocharger.

The GryphonTek kit uses a flexible -4AN PTFE braided stainless steel line, an application-specific engine block adapter and a Garrett oil inlet fitting with a 1.0mm restrictor. The restrictor meters the oil supplied to the ball-bearing center housing, while the flexible line allows cleaner routing around the manifold and exhaust-side components.

This kit is not designed for the factory TD04LR-16GK, Mopar Stage 3 TD05HR-15GK2, Garrett G-Series G30 / G35, or turbochargers using a different oil inlet connection.
