Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Dodge Neon SRT-4 and Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4L Turbo applications converted to a water-cooled Garrett GT30R or GT35R ball-bearing turbocharger. It provides the oil feed, oil drain and coolant line components required to connect the Garrett turbo to the vehicle’s engine oil and cooling circuits.
The factory TD04LR and TD05HR plumbing does not directly match the Garrett turbo-side oil inlet, drain flange and coolant connections. Combining mismatched factory pipes or universal hoses can also create routing, sealing and clearance problems around the manifold and exhaust-side components.
The GryphonTek kit uses a -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line with a Garrett-specific 1.0mm restrictor fitting, dual -6AN PTFE braided water lines, and a reinforced NBR oil drain hose connected to a formed steel return pipe. The components are configured to provide a coordinated oil supply, gravity-fed oil return and water-cooling circuit for the GT-series conversion.
