Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo and FPV BA, BF and FG Barra 4.0L engines upgraded with a Garrett G-Series G35-900 or G35-1050 turbocharger. Separate BA/BF and FG options provide chassis-specific line lengths and routing for the selected installation.
Installing a G35 turbo requires the oil feed, gravity oil return and coolant lines to match the turbo port configuration and its installed position. Reusing rigid factory lines may create alignment and access difficulties when the turbo or exhaust manifold layout has been changed.
This GryphonTek kit combines a -4AN PTFE oil feed line, serviceable external inline filter, oil pressure sensor tee adapter and G35 oil inlet fitting with a 1.0mm restrictor. The return side uses a flexible 3/4-inch reinforced NBR hose with CNC-machined aluminum flanges, while two -6AN PTFE lines complete the turbo coolant feed and return circuits.
The oil drain hose must be installed with a continuous downward path, without kinks or low spots. Confirm the vehicle chassis and actual turbo mounting position before ordering.
