Technical Description
This turbo oil feed line kit is designed for Citroën 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces the original rigid turbo oil feed pipe with a -4AN PTFE braided stainless line, turbo-side restricted banjo bolt, engine block side banjo bolt, copper washers, and required installation hardware.
The factory EP6 turbo oil feed pipe is a rigid metal line with sealing points that depend on correct angle and alignment. Once the original pipe has been loosened, removed, rotated, or disturbed during turbo service, the sealing position may no longer sit correctly. This can lead to rotation-related oil feed leaks, oil seepage near the turbocharger, or burning oil smell from the hot side of the engine.
This GryphonTek kit is designed to restore a stable pressurized oil feed path to the turbocharger. The turbo-side banjo bolt includes a 1.8mm restrictor for K03 and compatible K04 turbo oil feed control. It is suitable for oil feed leak repair, turbocharger replacement, or refreshing the oil feed side during EP6 turbo service.
