Technical Description

This turbo water line kit is designed for Citroën 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces the original turbo coolant lines with -6AN PTFE braided stainless water lines, fittings, copper washers, adapters, and required installation hardware.

The factory EP6 turbo water lines are rigid metal pipes located near the turbocharger and exhaust-side heat. Over time, the original pipes, welded banjo eye sections, and sealing points can suffer from heat cycling, corrosion, or coolant seepage. Once the factory water lines have been loosened, removed, or disturbed during turbo service, they may become difficult to reseal correctly.

This GryphonTek kit is designed to refresh the turbo coolant line system with flexible PTFE braided water lines. It is suitable for coolant leak repair, turbocharger replacement, or replacing aged factory rigid water pipes during Citroën 1.6 THP EP6 turbo service.
