Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Citroën 1.6THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces the original turbo oil feed line, oil drain hose, and turbo coolant lines with -4AN PTFE oil feed line, -6AN PTFE water lines, high-temperature silicone oil drain hose, and required mounting hardware.
The factory EP6 turbo oil feed and oil drain pipes are rigid metal lines. Once these lines have been loosened, removed, rotated, or disturbed during turbo service, the original sealing position may no longer sit correctly. This can lead to rotation-related oil leaks from the feed or drain side, even after new washers, seals, or O-rings are installed.
This GryphonTek kit is designed to refresh the complete turbo oil and coolant line system in one service. It is suitable for oil leak repair, coolant line repair, turbocharger replacement, or hot-side service on compatible Citroën 1.6THP EP6 applications.
