Technical Description
This turbo oil feed and drain line kit is designed for Citroën 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces both the original turbo oil feed pipe and turbo oil return hose assembly with a -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line, high-temperature silicone drain hose, billet aluminum drain fitting, restricted banjo bolt, seals, and required mounting hardware.
The factory EP6 turbo oil feed and oil drain lines are common leak points after turbo service. Once the original rigid feed pipe or drain fitting has been loosened, removed, rotated, or disturbed, the sealing position may no longer sit correctly. This can lead to rotation-related oil leaks from the high-pressure feed side or oil seepage from the lower turbo drain side.
This GryphonTek kit is designed to refresh both sides of the turbo oil circuit in one service. It is suitable for oil feed leak repair, oil drain rotation leak repair, turbocharger replacement, or refreshing the oil system during Citroën 1.6 THP EP6 turbo service.
