Technical Description

When upgrading the Vauxhall Opel Astra or Zafira Z20LEH / Z20LET engines with Garrett GT28R or GT30R turbos, the factory oil feed pipe from the K04 setup is no longer suitable. GT-Series turbos require a dedicated oil feed line with the correct restrictor to ensure stable lubrication and protect the ball bearing core from excessive oil pressure.

This GT28R / GT30R turbo oil feed line kit is built with 4AN PTFE stainless braided hose, a 1.0mm restrictor fitting, and all necessary hardware for direct installation. Designed to handle high temperatures and vibration, it guarantees safe turbo oiling for both street and track applications.
