High-Flow Oil Drain System for RB Engines Running BorgWarner S200 / S300 / S400 Top-Mount Turbos

BorgWarner’s S200, S300, and S400 turbos are widely used in high-horsepower RB builds, offering exceptional turbine efficiency, robust construction, and massive flow capacity for drag and high-boost street setups.

Because these SX-E turbos use a large journal-bearing CHRA and sit much higher in top-mount configurations, they circulate substantially more oil than factory RB turbos.
This makes a proper high-flow oil drain system essential to prevent CHRA flooding, oil pooling, or smoking.

This Gryphontek turbo oil drain hose kit includes a CNC-machined BorgWarner S-Series drain flange with an enlarged bottom port, a large-diameter high-temperature NBR drain hose, steel fittings, a 1 mm non-asbestos gasket, and high-tensile hardware.

Designed specifically for RB top-mount S-Series applications, it maintains unrestricted oil evacuation even under extreme exhaust temperature and high boost.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are based in Taiwan and ship to worldwide. Our shipping services include standard and express options with tracking numbers. International customers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other additional fees associated with the delivery.

Depending on the country, the shipping methods may vary.

Standard shipping is handled by EMS, USPS, Australia Post, and MyTeamGE, while express shipping is done through DHL Express and FedEx Express.

The items are shipped within 1 business days from confirmation of your order. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or International holidays. The shipping time is 3 to 12 days depending on the delivery location. Goods are might shipped from different warehouses at different locations to make it the most convenient for customers.

Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gryphon@gryphontek.com

Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
