Technical Description

This BMW N63R turbo coolant line repair kit is designed for selected BMW 750i and 750iX models with the G11 / G12 chassis and N63R 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engine.

The N63R engine uses a hot-V turbo layout, placing the turbochargers and coolant hose area in a high-heat section of the engine bay. Over time, the factory coolant hoses can harden, crack, or leak around the turbocharger coolant line area.

This kit replaces the aging factory coolant hose sections with pre-shaped multi-layer silicone hoses and new clamps. Each hose is shaped to follow the original hose routing, helping reduce kinks, hose stress, and incorrect positioning during installation.

A hose correspondence map is included to help identify the correct hose location during the repair.
