Technical Description
This BMW X5M / X6M S63 turbo coolant line repair kit is designed for selected BMW X5M E70 and X6M E71 models with the S63 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engine.
The S63 hot-V turbo layout places coolant hoses and plastic T-fittings in a high-heat area of the engine bay. Over time, the factory plastic coolant fittings and rubber hose sections can become brittle, harden, crack, or leak around the turbocharger coolant line area.
This kit replaces selected factory coolant hose sections and plastic T-fittings with pre-shaped multi-layer silicone coolant hoses, brass T-fittings, and new hose clamps.
A hose correspondence map is included to help identify the correct hose position during installation.
