Technical Description
This BMW N63 / N63TU turbo coolant line repair kit is designed for selected BMW 5 Series, 6 Series, 7 Series, X5, and X6 models with the N63 or N63TU 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engine.
The N63 hot-V turbo layout places coolant hoses and plastic junction fittings in a high-heat area of the engine bay. Over time, the factory plastic T/Y fittings and rubber hose sections can become brittle, harden, crack, or leak around the turbocharger coolant line area.
This kit replaces selected factory coolant hose sections and plastic junction fittings with pre-shaped multi-layer silicone coolant hoses, brass fittings, and new hose clamps.
A hose correspondence map is included to help identify the correct hose position during installation.
