Technical Description

This exhaust manifold stud and nut kit is designed for Toyota Land Cruiser models equipped with the 2H or 12H-T 4.0L diesel engine, including HJ60, HJ61, and HJ75 applications.

Older 2H and 12H-T exhaust manifold hardware is often exposed to repeated heat cycles, diesel vibration, corrosion, and difficult removal during service. This kit replaces aging factory studs and nuts with heat-treated S35C steel studs, internal hex tips for easier installation, and copper-plated top-lock flange nuts for secure manifold fastening.
