Technical Description

This turbo oil feed line kit is designed for Peugeot 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces the original turbo oil feed pipe with a flexible -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line and matched banjo hardware.

The factory EP6 turbo oil feed line can develop rotation leaks at the sealing joint. Once the original rigid pipe or banjo eye is disturbed by heat cycles, vibration, or turbo service, oil may seep from the connection area and reach hot exhaust-side components.

This GryphonTek kit uses a braided oil feed line to reduce stress on the sealing points. The turbo-side fitting includes a 1.8mm restrictor to help control oil flow and reduce the risk of turbo over-oiling on K03 and compatible K04 turbo setups.
