Technical Description

This turbo oil drain hose kit is designed for Peugeot 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces the original turbo oil return hose assembly with a high-temperature silicone hose, billet aluminum drain fitting, Viton O-ring, protective sleeve, and required mounting hardware.

The factory EP6 turbo oil drain hose can suffer from heat aging, hardened rubber, and rotation leaks at the original sealing joint. Once the drain fitting or hose section is disturbed during turbo service, oil may seep from the lower turbo area and contact hot exhaust-side components.

This GryphonTek kit is designed to restore a stable oil return path from the turbocharger back to the engine. It is suitable for oil leak repair, turbocharger replacement, or refreshing the turbo drain side during EP6 turbo service.
