Technical Description

This turbo water line kit is designed for Peugeot 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces the original turbo coolant lines with flexible -6AN PTFE braided water lines, fittings, copper washers, and required adapters.

The factory EP6 turbo water lines are routed close to the turbocharger and exhaust side of the engine. Over time, the original rigid coolant pipes, banjo sealing points, and aged fittings can suffer from corrosion, heat cycles, vibration, or leaks after turbo service.

This GryphonTek kit uses flexible PTFE braided water lines to reduce stress on the sealing points and make turbo servicing easier. It is suitable for coolant leak repair, turbocharger replacement, or refreshing the turbo coolant side while keeping the existing oil feed and oil drain lines.
