Technical Description

This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Peugeot 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces the main turbo oil feed line, oil return hose, and turbo coolant lines in one service kit.

The original EP6 turbo oil feed and oil drain lines can develop rotation leaks at the factory sealing joints. Once the fitting rotates or the rigid line is disturbed during turbo service, oil may seep from the connection area. This kit replaces the aging factory line layout with braided PTFE oil and water lines, a high-temperature silicone oil return hose, matched fittings, sealing washers, and installation hardware.

The turbo oil feed side uses a 1.8mm restricted fitting to help control oil flow and reduce the risk of turbo over-oiling. This makes the kit suitable for turbocharger replacement, oil leak repair, coolant line repair, or a full turbo plumbing refresh on Peugeot 207, 308, 508, 3008, 5008, and RCZ 1.6 THP models.
