The Peugeot 1.6THP (EP6) engine is plagued by two distinct turbo oiling failures: the high-pressure spray from the rigid feed line (OE #037956) and the persistent seepage from the crimped drain hose (OE #037979). This GryphonTek Signature Series Complete Kit is the professional way to refresh the entire oiling circuit, replacing failure-prone OEM hardware with motorsport-grade PTFE and High-Temp Silicone solutions.
- Double Leak Protection: Replaces both the factory feed and return lines at once. Our flexible designs eliminate the "rotation leak" phenomenon at both the high-pressure feed crimp and the low-pressure drain junction.
- Precision Pressure & Flow: Includes a 1.8mm precision-restricted banjo bolt for the turbo side to protect K03/K04 seals, paired with a high-flow billet aluminum return fitting for unrestricted drainage.
- Extreme Thermal Defense: Features a dual-barrier system: PTFE braided stainless steel for the feed and multi-layer silicone for the drain, protected by an Aluminum Foil Corrugated Sleeve to resist intense radiant heat.
- Direct Bolt-on Maintenance: 100% fitment for the EP6 engine platform. Flexible pathing makes turbo removal and installation significantly easier in cramped Peugeot engine bays compared to stiff factory pipes.
