Technical Description
This turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Peugeot 1.6 THP EP6 engines using factory K03 or compatible K04 turbo setups. It replaces both the turbo oil feed line and the turbo oil drain hose in one service kit, without replacing the turbo coolant lines.
The factory EP6 turbo oil feed and oil drain lines can develop rotation leaks at the original sealing joints. Once the rigid pipe, banjo eye, or drain fitting is disturbed by heat cycles, vibration, or turbo service, oil may seep from the connection area and collect around the turbocharger.
This GryphonTek kit uses a -4AN PTFE braided oil feed line, a 1.8mm restricted turbo-side fitting to help control oil flow, and a high-temperature silicone oil return hose with a billet aluminum drain fitting. It is suitable for oil leak repair, turbocharger replacement, or refreshing the oil side of the turbo system while keeping the existing coolant lines.
