High-Flow Oil Drain System for RB Engines Running Super HX30W Top-Mount Turbos

The Holset Super HX30W is a highly efficient high-flow turbo option for RB20DET, RB25DET, and RB30 builds, offering quick spool with strong mid–upper RPM power.

Due to its elevated mounting height and larger CHRA oil volume, a high-flow oil drain solution is required to maintain proper oil evacuation and prevent CHRA pooling—especially on top-mount manifold setups.

This Gryphontek turbo oil drain hose kit features a CNC-machined Holset-pattern drain flange with an enlarged bottom port, a large-diameter high-temperature NBR drain hose, steel fittings, a 1 mm non-asbestos gasket, and high-tensile hardware.

Engineered for the demands of high-flow Holset turbos, it provides a smooth, unrestricted oil return path for RB top-mount installations.
