BorgWarner EFR turbos are popular upgrades for RB20DET, RB25DET, and RB30 engines thanks to their fast spool, modern turbine efficiency, and high power ceiling.
However, when switching from the factory turbo to an EFR unit—or performing an RB30 N/A → turbo build—a new oil drain solution is required, as EFR turbos use a different drain geometry and typically sit at a different angle or position compared to OEM setups.
This Gryphontek turbo oil drain hose kit includes a CNC-machined EFR drain flange, heat-resistant NBR oil drain hose, mild-steel fittings, a 1 mm non-asbestos gasket, and high-tensile bolts.
Designed for RB inline-six engine vibration and high-temperature operation, it delivers a clean and reliable oil return path for EFR turbo installations.
